Republican Debate

I did not see the Republican's Youtube debate tonight (Kid Nation!) but I did read some stuff on it. My favorite so far was a pre-debate comment from John Cole:

Like a Cowboys/Browns Superbowl, I am rooting for injuries.

Did anybody watch? What did you think?

Sounds like it got a bit dirty. I wonder if Giuliani's performance was affected by his big news story. Also, Drudge is highlighting this complaint about a Clinton campaign supporter sneaking in a question.

Hillary-ious!

What is the big deal about a democratic supporter asking a question to a Republican nominee? I love it? Is it because Democrats don't play fair and are afraid to go on Fox? I say let Keith Olbermann and O'Reilly host the next Republican and Democratic debates, it would be great for ratings and expose all the hack candidates.

I am leaving Guliani's campaign. Hillary and Rudy are old political scam artists. Time for Obama vs. anybody but Rudy and Fred!

I would like to see an Obama-McCain match up. It won't happen, but it would make me happy. Even if Obama lost I would not have to spend another 4 or 8 years being disgusted by the guy sitting in the oval office. Even that would be an indescribable relief.

You know who Giuliani kind of reminds me of? Chicago's old Mayor Daily. Kind of got that dirty political machine thing going on... a few mafia members, some financial shenanigans, some toadies. Big city politics at its worst, and it's trying to go national. Like we need that.

You got that right Logic. Although I think the current Daley political machine smells about the same, which Obama probably already knows about....of course Obama now has the Oprah machine!

Hah! I think I can say I've already registered my objection to the Oprah machine, despite her much vouched-for fabulosity.

My state's politics are soooo dirty that our gov's go-to guy in my city isn't even the mayor... it's the big-wig real estate developer.

Gag.me.
